Notice of Public Hearing to Confirm Special Assessment Roll
The LaGrange Township Board will conduct a public hearing to review, hear objections to and confirm a special assessment roll reported by the Clerk respecting properties certified by the Cassopolis Area Utilities Authority and the City of Dowagiac as being subject to monthly collection charges which were more than 6 months delinquent as of October 17, 2025.
A copy of said roll is on file with the Township Clerk and is available for inspection by appointment. You may contact the Clerk at (269) 233-4004.

The hearing will be held October 20, 2025 at 6:45 pm at the LaGrange Township Hall located at 58253 M-62 Hwy, Cassopolis, Michigan. All persons interested may appear and be heard.
